Title: Issue with LS-WHGL/R1
Post by: alexsr71 on December 09, 2012, 05:00:45 PM

Hello,

Tried searching for this but not sure if this is specific to this model and hence decided to ask.

My LS-WHGL/R1 can be seen by NasNavigator but the web interface and shares are not accessible. The Navigator reports an error with disk 2 (Raid mirror config) and raid is operating in degraded mode.

I understand this but thought I would still have access to the web interface etc before I had to change the disk. As it stands, the unit is effectively useless at the moment unless there is something else going on. I can ping etc and the Navigator can see it  but that's about it.

Any suggestions on how to resolve would be great!

Thanks,

Alex.
