Greetings all. . .I just purchased a Linkstation Pro to try and solve a problem I was having sharing. . .However I cannot get the Linkstation easy setup or NAS Nav2 to find the drive on the network. I tried both a Mac OS 10.6 and a PC Win 7. Connected to a basic GB ethernet switch. I do see a blue light on the device. What silly thing am I missing. Thanks . . .JK

there was a high impedence air gap between the Cat5e from the laptop ad the swiitch. Awkward. . .JK
