Title: TeraStation 5800 24 TB RAID1 setting problem/bug
Post by: oskari89 on December 03, 2012, 11:29:41 AM

Hello, i am setting Terastation 5800 with 24 TB to RAID1. I followed instructions to delete previous default array (RAID6, 19 TB), but now when i add all available eight drives to build RAID1 array, i only have 2,762 TB of storage amount, which is clearly too small amount for RAID1 configuration. How can i correctly build 12 terabytes of RAID1 space?

RAID1 will only use 2 HDDs, hense the amount of space you are seeing.
