Title: Linkstation LS X 3.0 TL not available online or using app

I have a Linkstation LS X 3.0 TL that was working as it should up until maybe a month ago.  I think there was a driver update, but I only recently realized that I could no longer access my files via the iPhone app or the BuffaloNAS link.  Also, the Navigator2 isn't showing my NAS.  Not sure what to do.  I'm not really tech savvy (tho' I can figure most things out) so I'm not sure what to do.  I can still access my storage when I'm on my network, but would like to be able to access it online as well!
