Title: Switching PC to MAC
Post by: DanLand on November 24, 2012, 04:58:40 PM

I am switching my primary laptop to a Mac. I have the Linkstation LS-WV2.0TL/R1. All my shares are setup for windows, apple. Running the latest firmware.

Do I need to do anything special to my Linkstation to start using from my new Mac laptop.  It will not be accessed from a windows pc anymore. There are files on the Linkstation and on a USB drive as a backup. I do not want to lose any of the files.

Once your firmware is 1.56 or above (for compatibility with 10.7 and 10.8) you shouldn't have any issues.
