Title: Mobile WebAccess Issues...

Hello everyone!

 

I have been experiencing some weird issues with my WebAccess. It works fine locally and remotely from a laptop, ect. But when trying to view it in a mobile browser, no text can be inputted when trying to log in. So when I tap on the log in button, and I try to enter text, the text does not get entered. Nothing happens. It just stays static. This even happens on a laptop if you click on mobile mode in the viewing options. 

 

Also, I have been having issues with the WebAccess app for iPhone. Automatic uploading does not work and it crashes about every 5 minutes. I am using an iPhone 5 so it is not an issue with system ram, just that the app itself must have a memory leak. Is there any word on an update to this app? I bought a terastation so that I could have a personal cloud, and I cannot even do that because the iOS app crashes and I cannot log in to the mobile version. 

 

Beginning to get really frustrated with the lack of service. Is there any word on any of the issues mentioned above?

Is there anyone that can help? It is a little ridiculous that nobody from buffalo has even attempted to help.

Hope this helps bump.

 

I have an iPad 3 and am also experiencing crashing with automatic upload. It took forever to get thing working and then once it did, it says its in progress and then crashes. This happens everytime.  The auto-uploading was a HUGE draw for the Buffalo drive and am really bummed it doesn't work easy out of the box.

I found a pain in the butt work around, click the icon on bottom left to full site view ( takes a while to load on mobile device. ) click log in on yet the top right, then on the top left icon switch back to mobile view. Works very well on mobile devices and I change to the mobile view on my PC and Mac and runs way better then full site.

Also, the latest version of the webaccess app included a fix that was pressent with the auto upload feature. So, basically, ensure you are using the latest version.

Still an issue. I have the latest app version.  App crashes.  I can set up automatic upload. Then a streaming text saying tap here to start automatic upload.  I click it, then it crashes.

What platform and version? I'm using it with iOS 7.1.1 without issue.
