I have an HD-CL1.0TU2N.
I need to download drivers.
Where do I locate the serial number?
Apparently I have formatted 2 times and continues to malfunction.
After 1 hour of being turned on and connected to the PC, making the system to crash.
Windows Server 2008 Enterprise.

When connected to my PC with Windows 7 for qe passed, immediately showed the screen that says scan and repair.

Please Help.

Serial number should be at the bottom of the unit.
