Title: LS-QVL keep rebooting

I have a problem with my LS-QVL 8T. I've tried to upgrade the firmware (because in the last week the unit keep on blocking and dissapear from NasNavigator) and the device has blocked during this operation so I had to unplug it and now the unit keep on restarting (it starts like nothing it's wrong (the blue and green lights blink and in about 1 minut it reboots). Please let me know what to do because I have some important thinks on this unit.

is the unit set to auto or manual at the back?
