Title: LS-WVLC7D won't finish changing array type

I have a brand new 2TB LS-WVLC7D. I followed the manual's instructions for changing it from raid 0 to 1 by first deleting the raid 0 in order to change it to "normal". The process began, and has advanced to 80% - that was at least 14 hours ago.

How do I proceed from here? Is there a way to start over? Kick it in the butt to force it to finish?
