First thing first, my Linkstation LS-WXL is on EM Mode and unable to access. I tried to update the firmware but an error pop-up box appear stating "Could not confirm whether the partition exists. Cannot update the firmware."

Steps tried:

- Remove both HD from bay and tried to update. Failed.

Could anyone please provide the step-by-step solution on how do I resolve this. I tried to click on the "procedure to force update firmware" but the link was missing. Your help is much appreciated. Thank you

I tried to download the NAS NAV online. My Model is LS-WXL. I can't seem to find it. I tried to choose one (eg. LS-WXL1OTL/1D) and key in my serial number, It kept on saying invalid serial number. Previous time It used to be very easy to update firmware and find my NAS model but now seems like a headache..
