Title: BitTorrent Auto-start?
Post by: joeygambino on October 06, 2012, 01:41:47 PM

Hi all,

I've recently purchased an LS Pro 3TB unit and love it so far.  Everything is working perfectly, except one feature seems to be missing, or I'm just missing it.  Is there a way for torrents to auto-start without having to go through the whole Add Torrent/Choose File nonsense?  A specific folder they need to be downloaded to?  This one little extra feature would make the unit 100% perfect for my needs.

Thanks,

Joey G.

There is a BitTorrent WebUI addon for FireFox, automagically takes any torrent or magnet link clicked on and sends it to the bittorrent server.

Try the following link for a start;

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-us/firefox/search/?q=BitTorrent+WebUI

I use the BitTorrent WebUI+ plugin.

Awesome,thank you, working perfectly (after a couple hours of fumbling around anyway).  I also found one for my android (TorrentToise) that works too!

I just downloaded this add on.  Now, how do I set it up?  It asks for server address, web ui path, etc.  Not sure what to put in there.

Actually, think I got it.  All i had to do is type in the ip address of the NAS with gui9090 at end and enter username and password.  Seemed to work.

Not sure what you mean by the. The web version that is integrated with the buffalo NAS seems fine. Why would someone do a separate download ? It would not be integrated with the NAS,would it?
