Title: NASNaviPreference.xml was not found - Error message when installing NAS Navigator

Dear all.

 

I tried to install the NAS NAavigator for the CD included with my LinkStation Duo (LS-WX2.0TL/R1) (Windows XP) however I get the error message "NASNaviPreference.xml was not found". I tried to repeat the installtation but the problem remains. Any suggestions how to solve that problems?

That was the first idea I had, too - Check for a software update. Unfortunately, my serial number (14-digits starting 6585....) on the drive supposedly is invalid.......Any suggestions?
