Title: Web Access stop working

Initial setup had Web Access (from Internet) working on both desktop and iPhone app. Have since updated LS-2.0VL firmware to 1.62 (from 1.61..I think)..and now Web Access from buffalonas.com no longer works.  Did not need to initially change any router port settings when working...and have searched recent posts for possible solutions (could it be firmware?), but have exhausted changing all types of settings (in both NAS and router).  Even tried resetting NAS and creating new buffalonas name, but that too did not work. Anyone have "simple" suggestions?
