Title: Terastation TS-X4.0TL/R5 Replication failure
Post by: jhghg2 on September 17, 2012, 09:22:02 AM

Hi,

We bought two Terastation TS-X4.0TL/R5's a few months ago, we set up the shares etc and all was fine, we then went ahead and set up the replication between the two terastations and this also worked ok.

We then moved the 2nd terastation offsite so we also had an offsite replicated copy, what we seem to find is that after a couple of weeks the replication stops. No errors just stops. You hit resynchronise and everything resyncs and the replication will then work ok again but only for a week or two then the replication stops again.

Its very annoying as its so unreliable, it would help even if you got an error in an email.

The firmware version is the latest which is 1.57, i know 1.56 fixed the E26 error which we also had so just wondering if anybody can help.

Thanks in advance.
