Title: Reconnect a mapped drive at logon
Post by: bebens on September 10, 2012, 11:17:55 AM

I have a LS-W2.0TL/R1 (Firmware 1.60) with the NAS Navigator2 installed on three Win 7 64 bit computers.  The LS-W2.0TL/R1 is set to Auto so it shuts down when the computers sleep.  The problem is when any of the computers boot, the mapped drive fails to reconnect because' as I suspect, the NAS box does not wake up in a timely fashion.  I have to wait 2-5 minutes before I can manually reconnect the mapped drive.

Yes I could set the switch to "On" to avoid this problem but the box noise is annoying.

Is there another solution to this issue?

A copy of the script would be appreciated.

delay the execution : http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ee156589.aspx

then map the drive.
