Title: Drivenavi stopped responding HD-HX1.0TU3

I have been using my external drive for over a year.  I always double click on the Drivenavi icon in the folder for the external and it allows me to quick start and login to get access to the drive.  Now the Drivenavi will not respond and continues to act like it is responding but the login will not pull up.  How do I fix this to get access to my stored data that is password protected.  The auto start on the drive will not run either when plugged in.

First of all, have you tried it on a second PC?

Not yet, but will go get laptop and try.

I tried it on my laptop and it works fine.  What do I need to do on the computer it will not run on?
