Title: Web Admin doesn't display configuration tabs for LinkStation Live

I have a LS-CH500L, and when I try to configure it with the Web Admin from the computer I installed, only the "System Status" and "Logout" tabs appear.

If I access from another computer, the all tabs appear.

Both computers use Win XP Pro and IE 7.0

 

Let me know.

You are logging in as admin?  If you create a user on the device and log in as that user (admin rights or not) that is all you will see.  You must configure the device with the admin built in account.

 

If this is the case please flash the firmware on the unit and set it back to factory defaults
