I am unable to download the cd image from the site receiving Invalid Input: Product Serial Number as an error. It is a US product LS-WV6.0TL/R1 purchased through Amazon and I am downloading from the US site http://www.buffalotech.com with 14 digit s/n starting with 958***********
see attached before I am asked all the standard follow ups.

Any win from this? I have just run into the exact same problem - i even copied and pasted the serial from the web interface!!!
