when i try to share a folder i'm always getting the message "An unhandled RPC exception occurred on method createAlbum: 827[Not Subscribed to Necessary Plan]". what is wrong? how can i fiy it? thanks for your help.

hi Brian,

sry, i'm really a new born.

i have a CS-WX with 2 independent 1TB WD HDD. its firmware version: 1.13 build 2.35

i haven't "Update" item in Device Setting/System menu, so i can't update it. (thought it's update)

i tried to share with Internet Explorer, Chrome, Safari, the result is same error message mentioned.

sry re-registering didn't win, error message remains. i'm at one's wits end

what's your advice? what can i do to eliminate error? sharing is the most important feature and now i can't do it. tx for your help.

Hi, I am having the same issue with my CS-WV. I have tried to re-register and restore but problemstill exists. Any advice what needs to be done?
