Print Page - delayed write failed

Hi, I got the 1TB external USB/Firewire HDD and recently can't access my file b/c or error "delayed write failed". I tried cable changing, update SP3 for Win XP, and it still failed. Could you tell me what i need to do to retrieve my master files in this buffalo.

what model number do you have?

and what firmware version are you on?
