Title: Error updating firmware

I have a TeraStation Pro TS-TGL/R5. 2 hard disk drives and each drive is 1Gb 2Gb total. When I update the firmware, the following error:
The script occurs error.:0x100
Script:md0_format

Maximum capacity TS-1.0TGL/R5 how much?

Each high-capacity hard drive is how much?

This unit cannot support 1TB disks, the max is 4 x 500GB.

I had the same problem as you, and after umpteen attempts with different methods, I finally realised all four bays must be occupied for the format script to run successfully. With that I managed to update the firmware.
Browser ID: smf (is_webkit)
