Post by: gaizka20 on May 16, 2012, 05:33:28 PM

hello everyone, forgive for my English, I am Spanish and i still learning. I bought recently on ebay a DriveStation Quattro, and when I tried to install it on my computer it  has 4 red lights on and turned off alone and does not respond, what's wrong? can I fix it? thanks everyone.

It means the RAID controller is faulty.

Install the tools, connect the box to USB and run the RAID utility. The box turns off if it detects an issue, but the RAID utility can access the box and show the diskstate. For sure, this only will work if the controller is not broken and able to respond on USB command requests.
