Title: LS-QVL608-error on 3 HDD
Post by: peterwys on April 24, 2012, 03:18:45 AM

Hi,

We are using LS-QVL608 with 4 HDD running RAID 5 since last year. Unfortunately the shared folder cannot be access this morning and found error E23 on Disk 1, 3 & 4; the array is work under degrade mode also (error i12). Is there any way to copy out the data since everytime we tried to access the shared foldre with error (error: the network path was not found).

For the array repair, do I need to replace all three HDD before repairing or replace one by one? The array 1 status now is not configured but disk 2 still under array 1.

Thanks & regards,

YS Wang
