I just got a brand new Buffalo WHR-G300N V2 and happily upgraded it to latest firmware 1.85. But it gave me problems. After surfing with no problems for a few pages, say 1-2 minutes, then the problem arises. It will take at least 30 secs to load a page and sometimes connection time out page came flashing before me. I have to refresh to load the page.
I have used Linksys and Dlink products and a wide range of their models and I never had to break a single sweat. They work relaibly and are very stable. Buffalo is FINISHED! I regret getting this set. I am dumpimg this Buffalo set and will get back Linksys or Dlink. A new machine that needs to be fixed barely after 1 day of use tells a lot about the quality of the brand and product. NO way am I going to use Buffalo products again.
