BitTorrent using LS-X3.0TL

I had set up a NAS using the LS-X3.0TL.

I had tried to use the built-in BitTorrent client but failed.

I had opened the ports in my router.

 

There had an error message:

Logger

JS error: [778] unable to get value '262': object is null or undefined

 

Link Station Live LS-X3.0TL

Firmware version: 1.56

 

All had no change after I upgraded to the Ver. 1.62

I got the message "JS error: [778] unable to get value '262': object is null or undefined"

in the "Logger" tag.

This message is there when I log-on to the BitTorrent server and before I do anything.

This message is in Chinese and I turn it to English.  Thus the wordings might not be very accurate.

 

Please help me to solve the problem.

BitTorrent is the most important function I choose Buffalo and not others.

Yes, you will not loose data, Just the settings will be restored

Is that only my data will loose but my settings be restored.

 

I.e. After restore, I can retain:

All user data's.

All folders and the settings of all folders.

 

Is there any way that I can backup the information of the settings?

No, you DO NOT loose data, all settings are put back to factory default (users/group/web access/ IP/ GUI password) but shared folders are not erased.

Sorry Man, Your data will NOT BE LOST, However all user settings will, and NO you can not save them elsewhere, that is the whole Idea of the reset.

All my settings are lost but the problem still here.

The error message still there.

Thanks for your sharing.

The torrent file you give me can work in the BitTorrent download manager.

However, my other torrent file (worked well in the version of BT in my computer) cannot work.

However, that being said, 99% of the torrent link i use (magnet and .torrent) are downloading successfully.

I have visited the link and read all the posts.
I have also tried all the suggestions that I understand (rooting is too risky to me).
Disappointedly, none works for my case.
I am so disappointed for the supports from Buffalo and that from the wholesaler in Hong Kong.

I thank that asking for money back might be the only way to force Buffalo to face the issue.

Many have the same problem, why is Buffalo not doing anything?
