WebAccess not working Link Station LS220D0602
« on: January 07, 2015, 09:42:56 AM »
I am unable to get WebAccess working on my link station LS220D0602.

Following instructions for no upnp "select internal and external port 9000. Then go onto your router and
forward port 9000 for TCP to the IP address of the link station"

I've had IT update router: "Any public IP address can access the WAN IP address off 85.199.***.** which maps to LAN IP address 192.168.***.** but on TCP port 9000"

although it's still not working. Any ideas?

So if you type 85.199.***.**:9000 what happens? or if you go to buffalonas.com and enter the name you choose what happens?

If you are outside the network you would type 85.199.***.**:9000

If you are inside the network you will type 192.168.***.** :9000

Thanks for help. It's working now internally and externally if I type in IP:9000 although the buffalonas.com/ domain is directing to wrong IP when outside of network so apps aren't working.
Is there a way to correct this?

Its suppose to update on its own, If its not doing so then you will have to Change the Buffalonas Name and hopefully that will resolve everything
