Hi All

I have a client who seems to be having an issue with his login

I saw this thread on a LS-X2.0TL     http://forums.buffalotech.com/index.php?topic=18684.0

In that thread there is still an active link to the reset tool (LSRecoery.zip) - anyone know if it will work properly with a LS-X3.0TL?

Followed Up with client and provided the link. 
He went ahead and tried the recovery tool and was in fact able to get back in
Hopefully somebody else finds this helpful

Just dont use this on cloudstors or your data will go poof. i have tried alot of units and only have issues with them...

So Which is the way to reset ls-x3 or what to do if PW or Username are lost???????? On other buffalo producs there is an easy way to reset just pushing a button on this there is nothing to push.  Please help
