HD-HS1.0TQ hard drive replacement. Can I install a larger drive?
« on: September 27, 2011, 10:48:31 AM »

I dropped the DriveStation off a top shelf.  The 1 TD Hitachi drive is history.

As stated this was a 1 TB.  How large a capacity  can I go? Vista 64 bit OS. Do I need and additional software to break the 2 TB limit?

Thanks, everyone!

I dont see why a 2TB would not work, but a 3 or 4TB might not be possible. It has not been tested and so I'm not sure what could prevent it from working.
