and the connection speed does not affect the result!

It takes over 6 seconds to load login screen:

And over 1 minute! to load first page after login "static/root.html":

Is there anything I can do about it?

You could try flashing the firmware. Usually that will fix any slowness of the interface.

I got latest 1.5 firmware.. It did not make it any faster.

Yes sir, most definitely. It also may fix your webaccess issue.
