No, it should not take that long. I would try and restart it. If it comes back up in disk check again then power it down again and remove drive one and power it back up. At that point see if you can access your data.

Helo Jotin,

I have remove the drive one, but nothing happend, I can't access my data. Now I have plug drive one in the box again, now the station's orange LED flashes short continiuesly (no long flashes).

what is this now? the nas navigator show the message Drive 1 is checking.

I have firmware 1.11 is there a newer version available?

Can I do anything?

Sorry for my english and the many questions.

I would wait a couple hours and see if it gives you access. Do you have a back up of the data?

You might be able to do a force update and rebuild the partition tables. If the disk check does not end after about 24 hours then power down the unit and follow FAQ 2 of 5. In that FAQ it will show you how to enable the debug options. When you do that check force update, do not check version, delete user config and rebuild partition table. This will update it and completely format it. Hopefully that will restore the unit to working order.
