Hi everybody,

I just got a new Buffalo's LinkStation Pro Duo 1.0 TB LS-W1.0TGL/R1. I think it was running firmware 1.09, but my AUTO wakeup doesn't work. The LS shuts down, and my Mac NASnavigator under MAC OS X (10.6) are running. Anyway there is no wake up.

Thank you in advance - I appreciate you support.

Greetings from Germany Olaf.

We're currently working on this issue. Snow Leopard is stopping the keep-alive signal from Mac Nasnavi.

Until the next revision of Mac Nasnavi, you will need to put the switch in On mode, unless you have a PC on the network.

Hello!

Any progress on this issue?

I have a Macbook Pro running Snow Leopard with a Linkstation Pro Duo at home. Ever since the Snow Leopard upgrade, running NasNavigator2 does not wakeup the Linkstation. I have also updated NasNavigator2 to v2.20

This is a serious problem. Please help...

Thanks

DS.

This was fixed in Mac NASNavi 2.24 as described in the long post on the forums about this. We also posted a notice on the forums about the fix.

Go to www.buffalotech.com/support/downloads and select your product, then download 2.24

Sorry, we've already gone up to 2.26.

It's at www.buffalotech.com/support/downloads

Select the LS-W1.0TGL/R1 in the dropdown menu and download Mac NASNas 2.26

This should fix the issue with the power switch set to Auto.
