I've had my WHR-HP-G300N R for about 6 months and it has worked flawlessly. I went on vacation and unplugged it for about 2 weeks. When I got back home, I plugged it back in and found that I did not have an internet connection. I have Time Warner cable for my internet provider. I am wired from my cable modem to the Buffalo router. I am than running a cable from the router to my desktop computer. The Buffalo router also gives a wireless signal that my laptop connects to.
When I returned home and turned everything back on, I could not connect wireless or from the wired desktop. I've tried re-booting the router (from the interface), powering it down and restarting, recycling the cable router, etc. I've tried releasing and renewing my IPs. I called the cable company and their advice was to bypass the Buffalo router and hook the desktop up directly to the cable modem. That works, so they did not help me troubleshoot any more.
I've included below the outpout from my IP configuration from the "wired" (connected from the cable to the desktop) and then my connection from the cable to Buffalo to desktop.
At this point, I have not internet access unless I'm hooked directly to the cable modem. Can someone give me some pointers for troubleshooting?
