Questions About LinkStation Duo

Hello, everyone.

I am planning to purchase LinkStation Duo 1.0TB(LS-WX1.0TL/R1) or 2.0TB(LS-WX2.0TL/R1) and I would like to ask the following questions:

1. In the 2.0TB version, are there 1x2TB or 2x1TB drives?
2. Does BitTorrent support IPv6?
3. What brand of the drive am I most likely to get? Samsung?
3. If there is one drive in LS and I would like to add another one to have Raid1, is it ok to have it from another brand? Different cache?
4. What is the *real* transfer rate through the 1GB network?
5. The specifications say it includes Memeo AutoBackup software. I want the client on windows perform incremental backups weekly or similar, so is this feature available on Memeo? Does Memeo support Windows 7 x64?
    I do not see many users being happy about the software.  Is there any other good backup software alternative?

1. you get 2 X 1TB drives.

2. as far as im aware it does not, but the BT client will use the same protocol going through your network (more than likely IPv4)

3. Depends when manufacutered, could be WD, samsung, hitachi.

4. This depends entirely on your network topography.

5. memeo will do this and although the software that comes with the LS will only work on a 32bit OS as far as im aware you can download a 64bit win7 version from memeo's website.
