404 - Not Found error on video files

Getting a "404 - Not Found" when I click the open hyperlink on any of the wmv files, but the jpg works fine...

??

 

What do I need to do for people to be able to DL or view the video files?

 

Edit: Forgot to add it's a LinkStation Duo Pro LS-WTGL/R1 (w/ 1.09 Firmware)

What if your right click and select save target as or save as?

I get:

 

Chrome Browser:

• Open link in New Tab
• Open link in new window
• Open link in incognito window
• Save link as...
• Copy link address
• Inspect element

IE Browser:

• Open- Open in new tab
• Open in new window
• Save target as     <-- does not work... Download fails 100% of the time
• Print target
• Copy shortcut
• ... etc.?

Not sure what to do at this point...
