Unable to login to LS-WTGL/R1-V3 NAS box web UI

Hello,

I'm currently unable to login to LS-WTGL/R1-V3 NAS box web UI with the admin password that I've reset a while ago. I believe there's a tool to reset it and I'd be grateful if you could share a link to download it.
