WZR-HP-G300-NH - need to reboot to get speed.

Running a  WZR-HP-G300-NH.  I am provisioned for 10Mb.  Seem's when I reboot then run a speed test I get 10Mb.  I will do the test 10 minutes later and will get 4Mb.  I am running FW  Ver.1.74 (R2.06/B1.07).

 

Wireless Channel 300Mbps Mode

3 (Manual)

40 MHz (Extension Channel : 7)
