Link Station Duo connection issue.

We have a 4TB LS running off our wireless router. We have had it 2 months and both my wife and I have had access to it and its worked great. Today, her computer can no longer see it but my computer can. Can anyone help us solve this problem?

Have you tried remapping the network drive on her PC?
