: buffalo terrastation to multiple computers

Hi, I have a newbie question. I noticed that the buffalo terrastation 5600 specs state that it has 3x USB ports. Can I connect this NAS to two different computers both of which have a USB 3.0 ports?

I'm trying to avoid LAN if I can use USB primarily because of speed.
