Error has occurred in Raid Array 1

Hello,

 

I have a LS-QL F/W 1.11 in a RAID 5 format and is about 89% full.

 

Last Tuesday, we initiated a RAID Array fix on this system. and it is still in a repair. I had thought that this would have been completed in a couple of days, but we are at a week now and still going.

 

Please advise on what steps should be taken at this point.

I would restart the unit. Most like the RAID rebuild has failed. You are most likely going to have to replace the disk.
