I have model HDHS500U2
i purchased it around a year ago and use it to store all my mp3's and pics and some minor music videos.
the main usage is when i run my dj equipment and use it since i have more gig of music than my laptop can fit. but the main issue is that when i plug it in.....i flip the switch to turn on and nothing happens...the green light wont come on and i try and try and i will get a quick spark of a green light then go off...
i have to do this several times just to get it to come on....which sucks cuz in my line of work...my whole collection of music is on there...so i hope it doesnt go out.....
how do i fix this without buying a new one? is it something i can fix or do i need to send back for warranty?
