Hi experts,
I bought the wirless router wzr-hp-g300nh with firmware 14998.
the interface looks realy mighty and cool.
However, I have a problem with my internet connection.
I've a pirelli modem and I have to use PPTP to connect.
So I try to to enter the settings:
pptp
wan-ip : 10.0.0.140
sub: 255.255.255.0
gateway: I also would like to enter 10.0.0.138, but I can't enter a value
pptp-server 10.0.0.138 (modem ip)
user + pw
(all other settings are default)
However, the router sometimes connects and sometimes not.
If I try to connect manually (status->wan) it never connects.
I've no idea whats wrong.
Next thing is, that I would like to set the idle-time to 0 (as written in the documentation 0 = never disconnet).
But I always get an error-popup that the value must be between 1 and 9999.
Hope somebody can help me to solving my problems.
