Yesterday I upgraded from ATT DSL to U-Verse, and when I finally powered on my HS-DH1000GL, now it shows up on EM Mode.
I don't know how it got there, or if mistakenly I did something that got it there.
I need to get out of it, but everything I've read says I have to do something with a firmware update file, and I may run the risk of loosing my files.
It has version 2.43 installed.
Can anyone help me get out of this jam?
