BUFFALO LS-WX4.0TL/R1 - how to install php 5.3 ?

I have a BUFFALO LS-WX4.0TL/R1 and in order to run my application (opencloud) I need to use php 5.3. How can I update the version?

You can't 5.2 is the latest version for this device.
