After multiple failed startup boots with WSS Storage Server, Terastation says it is 'Checking System'. It has been sitting here for 25 minutes now. I can't tell if it is actually doing anything. No one in Support will talk to me because after I told the 1st technician I would call him back after a chkdsk, a subsequent technician escalated the issue. Now I have wait a few hours for a callback, even though first technician seemed to know what the problem was and how to resolve it.
