New to the site, and I am not sure if this has been asked or not as I am desperate to get a solution.
I have a Linkstation Duo LS-WXL 2TB version, up to now it has worked fine, but recently after pro-long inactivity it now has the following problem(s).
1. when the power switch is set to "ON", it powers on then after 3-5mins it switches off
(In the manual it says this functions powers on the station along with the PC, so when the PC is on the station is on etc.)
2. when the power switch is set to "Auto", it stays on and does not switch off unless I setup a schedule timer.
I have tried the following without success.
1. Reset
2. Factory Reset
The unit is just 2.5 months old
Any ideas anyone please, thanks and sorry if this has been raised before...
