cannot download firmware

I have a WHR G54S that i am trying to download new firmware on

 

 I get to download firmware and its asks me to browse my pc of a file. But i have no idea what the file is or where to look for it  I have downlaoded the manual in pdf file it tell you how to add firmware but not which file you need to save it in. So can anyone tell me the name of the file.

Once you down load the file from the web site you can safe it on your desk top.

then you brows to the desk top and select the firmware file.

so where else can i get the firmware from then, as the only way i know is via the airstation home page. is theresomewhere on here i can download it. sorry totally new to this forum and not sure if there is a downloads place.
