Having trouble with Nintendo Wi-fi Usb Connector

I can't seem to get this to work idk if i downloaded the right software.

I have too a problem with the nintendo usb connector, when i plug the device into the usb when the installation ask to do it, windows doesn't recognize the device and show me the message "unknow device".

 

The device work on my friend's pc, and it have the same Os of mine.
