Problem with WZR2-G300N not solved

I think u gave me the wrong updater firmware, u gave me the updater for WZR-G300N instead of WZR2-G300N. I'm not using WZR-G300N but i'm using WZR2-G300N.

 

I live in Malaysia but when i searched the updater for WZR2-G300N, i couldnt find one because there are no such product in the region of selection that is provided in your web. So, i tried the updater from USA but it didnt work as well. How do i solve my problm?Do u sell WZR2-G300N in Malaysia?

What region was the product purchased?  That is the firmware you want to install with out voiding the warranty.
