I think that time capsule might have erased the drivers. I tried to download the drivenavigator but they keep saying my serial number is the wrong one. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? Thanks!
Also, while the hard drive does not show in "My computer", it is possible to "eject" the hard drive from the "safely remove hardware" option. Hope it helps, thanks!
Did the Mac require you to reformat the drive? If you got to Disk Management in the windows machine. Can you see the drive? If you can what is the file system of the drive?
