unable to update Linkstation duo Ls-Wx with LSupdater

Managed to get unit into EM mode with TFTP this then changes the IP address of Duo to 169.254.93.91 when I start Lsupdater its unable to find Linkstation but I can ping the Linkstation and Nasnav 2 finds it . I have changed the Pc IP address but still unable to update.

Any Ideas?

Make sure that Nas Navi is shut down (they run on the same ports).  Also make sure that you have the unit directly connected to the unit via Ethernet cable and set your static on the PC to 169.254.93.95 or something in that range with the subnet as 255.255.0.0.  Run the updater after that.
